Around the world, the challenges children and families face are very different.
In Nepal, many families still struggle to access life's most basic necessities—nutritious food, clean drinking water, safe shelter, quality education, and essential healthcare.
In the United States, many children grow up surrounded by material abundance yet face a different set of challenges: anxiety, loneliness, unhealthy lifestyles, digital overload, and a growing disconnect from themselves and others.
Angel Rose Foundation was created to respond to both realities.
We believe compassion should never be one-size-fits-all. Real help begins by listening, understanding, and meeting people where they are.
To improve lives through practical support, education, and human connection while honoring the dignity of every individual we serve.
Whether we are helping provide a warm meal to a family in rural Nepal or encouraging healthier, more mindful living for children in the United States, our purpose remains the same:
To create opportunities for people not just to survive—but to flourish.
Our immediate focus is helping vulnerable children, families, and elderly individuals across Nepal with life's essential needs.
This includes:
• Nutritious meals
• Clean drinking water
• Safe shelter
• School supplies and educational support
• Emergency medical assistance
• Carefully evaluated financial assistance for families facing genuine hardship
Our work is built on compassion, accountability, and direct relationships with the communities we serve.
Many children in America face challenges that cannot be solved with food or shelter alone.
Our U.S. programs focus on helping young people develop the habits and inner resilience needed to live healthy, meaningful lives.
Through education and community engagement, we promote:
• Healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices
• Emotional well-being
• Mindfulness and self-awareness
• Character and compassion
• Digital balance in an increasingly connected world
We believe preparing children for the future requires nurturing both the body and the mind.
I was born and raised in Nepal before making the United States my home nearly four decades ago.
Returning to Nepal reminded me of something I had never forgotten but had come to appreciate more deeply with time.
I met families who possessed very little by material standards, yet welcomed others with remarkable generosity, gratitude, and resilience.
I also met parents working tirelessly to give their children a better future despite enormous challenges.
Those experiences strengthened my conviction that meaningful change begins by standing alongside people—not speaking for them.
Angel Rose Foundation is my commitment to giving back to the country that shaped me while helping children everywhere build brighter futures.
We believe generosity deserves transparency.
Whenever possible, we travel to Nepal ourselves and work directly with families and local communities to better understand their needs.
Rather than relying on unnecessary layers of administration, we believe in personal relationships, careful evaluation, and responsible stewardship of every donation entrusted to us.
Our commitment is simple:
• Listen first.
• Help where it matters most.
• Use resources responsibly.
• Share our impact openly.
Every contribution represents someone's trust.
We intend to honor that trust with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Lasting change does not happen because one person gives.
It happens because many people choose to care.
Whether you donate, volunteer, sponsor a project, or simply help spread our mission, you become part of something larger than yourself.
Together, we can provide immediate relief where it is needed most while helping build healthier, stronger communities for generations to come.
One act of kindness may seem small.
To the person receiving it, it can change everything.

Having lived in both Nepal and the United States, I have been fortunate to witness two very different worlds. Angel Rose Foundation is my way of giving back—by helping meet immediate needs in Nepal while supporting healthier, more resilient futures for children everywhere. My commitment is simple: serve with integrity, act with compassion, and remain accountable to every person who places their trust in our mission.
